Been using the Acorn with clearpath servos all working well, the only issue I have is that I can't get the Z axis to rapid move.
In the wizard the maximum speed seems set to 150, is this correct? I am engraving 800 parts and the z axis speed is slowing the cycle down. Can the Z axis speed be ...

Re: ACORN STEP & DIRECTION
Fixed the problem. I removed all the wiring and rewired it. I missed something but don't know what.
Thanks

Re: ACORN STEP & DIRECTION
I bought the molex ended cable from teknic. I cut off the molex because there is no stock in the uk for a matching plug. all the colours are the same.
Very strange. I also tried a stepper driver and I had to swap them around to. But it does work. Just happy that I have had to swap the wires.

ACORN STEP & DIRECTION (resolved)
Running an Acorn but to get the steppers or clearpath to work I have to swap out the step wires. I mean yellow going to step only works when common is connected to step and the step wire connected to ground. Looking at a video online he has his working the correct way round.
Any idea's Thanks.
