Re: Centroid CNC Software Licensing Upgrade Announcement

To put the price in perspective think about this. This $79 is the price of ONE carbide endmill.

Re: Centroid CNC Software Licensing Upgrade Announcement

I think this change is long overdue. There is no other company that I am aware of that has offered the support that Centroid has offered. There has to be a financial incentive for Centroid to continue to improve their products and offer the ongoing support they do on this forum. $79 is more than ...

Re: WIP 6 Axis Tool Grinding

Yes maybe the G-code is basic stuff but the whole picture is not basic. Lots of different parts that all have to come together to get to the "basic stuff". Designng and building the 4th,5th,6th axis ain't no easy basic stuff. Maybe for you but not for me. Programming the 6 axis machine is way above ...

I think we should do a DNA test on Uwe and find out if he is really human. Maybe he is part alien from a much more advanced planet. My head hurts just looking at the pictures he posts of what he has designed in Fusion.

Re: Feed over ride on WMPG when running a file

You have P264 set to 3, to enable separate Rapid Override controls; and you appear to have a corresponding VCP "skin" selected (one with "_rapid_" in its name.

Do you think maybe you were turning down the Feedrate Override, and expecting it to affect a Rapid move?

Does the feed override not ...

Feed over ride on WMPG when running a file <Resolved>

I distinctly remember using the WMPG to slow down the feed rate when first running a new file to ensure my tool heights were OK. Yesterday I did as I always had done but things didn't slow down. On the VCP it showed I had slowed it down to 10% but the actually feed rate didn't slow down. Is there a ...

I have to say Keith that you are doing a really bad job on all these updates and bug fixes being handled so quickly. Not good man. Because you do this and only your company does this I live a very frustrated life with all the other software that I use. They just don't do it in any way near to ...
