You have P264 set to 3, to enable separate Rapid Override controls; and you appear to have a corresponding VCP "skin" selected (one with "_rapid_" in its name.

Do you think maybe you were turning down the Feedrate Override, and expecting it to affect a Rapid move?

Have a look at ClearPath servos. I am not sure but they offer some type of programmable logic etc..
