Got the Hunyang vfd drive installed.

Machine spindle is running again.


couple of odd things noticed and not sure why:
1, My air operated brake does not release now with S command, stays locked. Not sure why it is not releasing. I removed air pressure for now.

2, The vcp wont let me change ...

I opened up my cabinet, TECO VFD has no display, quick check of power in = 240V. cycled power, no display. looks like VFD failed, I have inline breaker but they were not tripped. Not sure what happened as spindle was running fine before I switched to cnc12 this morning...

I have a new spare 5hp ...

Having similar issue.
just upgraded to cnc 12 from 11, allin1 system.

After I edited parameters page and on #219 Virtual Control Panel Options change the number from a zero to a 1.

the VCP applied to touch screen and looked correct.

Tested, x / y and z, all controlled correctly from what i can ...

Good information for all on this forum.
I have the motor setup parameters set to 60hz
I have the parameters for high and low hz set 100hz / 10hz.
I don't have a tach but running at near 100hz it's really spinning the spindle i would guess 3000plus rpm.
At 10hz load its probably ~150 ...

tblough and marty are on the right track for what I need to accomplish.
? to marty's post, my motor is a standard 2hp BP motor rated at 60hz. Am i correct in setting the vfd max frequency to 120hz?
Just don't want to cook my spindle motor.

VFD is working and connected to BP 2hp motor.
Problem:
when i m3 s500 motor will run slow estimated 150 rpm or less. s750 spindle will run a bit faster, s2000 spindle is running fast.
I have the max spindle speed set at 2000. If i set max spindle to 1000, then s1000 is max speed.How do i scale the ...

having problems getting the mist to work.
from the PC screen alt j
CTRL + K does not seem to do anything.
From MDI mode M07 = i can hear the solenoid activate in the mist cabinet, but i am not getting any air through the line.

Is the new software update apply to allin1 or is it just for acorn?
I hear there is supposed to be a virtual control panel for the allin1. My touchscreen should work good with it.

at $141 dollars you might want to wait for the centroid wireless mpg pendant , soon to be released... its target price is $195 and can do alot more than the cool Stream Deck unit.

I need an MPG for my new allin1 system.
Does the $195 target price cover ...
