Re: TWCS
Our TWCS is only designed for our Rotating head design and table parallel to the X axis. You can still do five axis work without TWCS, your cad / cam package would need to handle the TWCS.. If you are doing 5 axis simultaneous moves you would need the Ultimate Plus software.

Re: Drive Fault Conditions
The drive fault means the drive is giving the control a drive fault message.. Which is the fault in pin on the drive header. The pin connections to the drive are shown on page 36 of the oak install manual, these are not user or PLC definable... https://www.centroidcnc.com/downloads/centroid_Oak_inst...

Re: 412 Encoder error - looking for clarification
If you set parameter 348 to 0 the MPG encoder error will go away. You also have drive faults and quadrature encoder errors for the Y axis. So you need to make sure the drive is not really in a fault. Then check your cabling. Is the drive set to output Quadrature encoder signals to the control. The p...

Re: Encoder Expansion - ALLin1DC
Actually if you put DC encoders directly on the ballscrew you do not need encoders on the motors with the ALLINONEDC. This is the exact solution our Hardinge CHNC / HNC kits use..

Re: 404 Spindle Drive Fault
You need to extend the decel time in the spindle inverter. Parameter 0-13.
Your inverter is most likely getting weak since it is older.
There is a Tech Bull # 183 on programming the Delta VFD-V

Based on the info that no axis will jog. Do you have power to the VM terminals on the allinonedc? Is it between 100 ~ 165 VDC?

Re: Homing 4th Axis issue
The report shows the 4th axis setup as input 2 which is home the slaved axis.
The way you described it you want it to be input 3 homeall with the other axis.
That is most likely the issue..
