Congratulations on the accomplishment. As far as I'm concerned, Marc is one of the best resources we have!

Re: EMCO turn 55 ATC Problem

Bringing this post back up as I am having the same issue. Any update from anyone who has tackled this?
If I index the turret it goes forward as long as I am holding the "index turret" button and when I let it go it backs up to the last position. However I can't home the turret to the #1 tool ...

Re: Router - M6 Tool Change Macro M57/58 Dust Foot Question

I’m using output 8 and I have the output set as “output 8” so I just added the down in my m3 and up in my m5.

Sorry Shawn,
I am not following.
I set M57 as dustfootactivate on and M58 as dustfootactivate off
These two macros are also set on the WMPG Macro1 and Macro2 buttons

Can you provide a ...

I am with Shawn on this one. Up/Down codes in the M3/M5
Makes perfect sense as there is no spindle orient needed.

M94 /57 in the M3?
M95 /58 in the M5?

OR M57 in M3 and M58 in M5?

Where Output 8 is the dustfoot.

Thanks Shawn/Gary

Router - M6 Tool Change Macro M57/58 Dust Foot Question

I recently refit a Laguna Smart Shop II CNC Router with Rack mount tool changer. All has been going well so far.
The machine did not have a dust foot when I refitted it (the machine DID initially come with one) There was a solenoid was there for it. I wired it into output 8 and assigned it to ...

Re: connecting DC motor to acorn cnc analog output

Have no idea how you have it connected to your spindle drive. Are you sure you have it correctly wired? Do not wire it to the source voltage for the potentiometer.
At this point, I am out of ideas
