For some apparent reason, the link doesn't work for me. When I click on it a window will flash but nothing happens. :? Blocked by Chrome : go to download history in browser to unblock it. yeah! that would be a good place to look, could be windows setting or a bios setting.

yeah, probably, for what's it worth its in the manual to be sure to plug it all the way in.

The MPG started responding strangely. Sometimes it would work but with an unreal lag time for updating the display. yeah this sounds PC related to me as well. can you try a different CNC PC

pretty easy to setup another PC takes about 5 minutes, run the Centroid PC Tuner, then simply copy the CNCM directory from the old PC to the new one and you are ready to go.
