probably trying to command a G1 with an encoder installed
read up on G98 and G99 in the operator manual

but who knows i left my crystal ball at home.

Keith The delta drive is to factory reset. Load the number (gain button section ) start cnc12. try to move the axe , it move very fast ,reverse the movement and the drive stop . drive show Al009 did it run away or just move very fast? what is the delta gear ratio set to? sounds like this is not set...

can you swap out a known working drive? to try to isolate the issue. same with cables.
or put this problem drive on the know working system? etc..
divide and conquer to isolate the issue one component at time. SOP debug methodology.

db25 is for stepper drives

screw terminal are for AC Servo drives.

ENA is enable signal. which enables the drives. (tells it to power the motors)

easiest way to switch to a new PC is
1.) prep the new PC for CNC use following Tb309
2.) Copy the CNCM or CNCT folder from the old PC to the NEW PC.
