what version of CNC12 is being used?
and yep i 2nd what 467 said, there were some Leadshine specific improvements made 'recently' and would be in latest version v5.30

after copy into cncm folder, restart cnc12 and license is "installed"

and Post a fresh report.zip so we can see your current settings! otherwise we are just guessing.

you are also using a very old version of CNC12.

now would be a good time to install the latest version (v5.30) which is free.
so we are all using the same version of CNC12, that way we can give you the best advice.

you have a lot of communication errors in the CNC12 error log.
