i run in air first..then tap in wax..if you have any issues at all the wax thread will be ruined. Its a great test...then go metal...

roll back to a restore point before the update. does issue go away?

if so, click on the VCP icon in the task bar and the VCP will appear

so do you see the VCP running when you check Windows Task manager?

your graphics guy forgot to flatten the transparency that he was using and convert all to outlines. here are the working files.

post screen shots, post fresh report.zip, do you have two instances of the VCP running? have you rebooted the PC?
