ok cool. please install v5.08 or better yet v5.1 release candidate #6

in you current version
open the wizard press CTRL P and save the pdf to the desktop.
then install the new version of CNC12 following the guidance in the setup document.

use the Wizard to configure your probe.
the message is telling you cnc12 thinks a probe is plugged in and in the spindle since you must have a probe detect input defined in the wizard, either defeat it, configure it properly or remove it.

others have also used differential drivers for connecting Acorn/AcornSix to these drives and others like it to make use of the noise resistant differential step and direction signal.

i would review the parameters set in the yaskawa drives, what command mode do you have the sigma 2's in? if memory serves there are two step and direction modes

Ok, no problem, I believe it happened when I was using auto Z to plate. Gcode file that was loaded at the time did not refresh view wise. Any timeframe on testing for the router specific rework?
