the schematics assume you know how to use the Wizard to put in the inputs and outputs where you want and they are 'generic' in this regard since we have no idea of the combination of devices someone is using to connect to the control board. :D there are overall system schematics examples if you want...

make a build thread.
start with a photo album link with lots of photos of the machine and the control build and you will get good answer the more info you provide. picture is worth a thousand words. video is even better. i suggest to use google photos.

you don't. use separate inputs, one for the spindle fault (durapulse) and the other for the yaskawa drive fault. use the wizard to determine which inputs you want to use for each of the fault signals in the example below i am using spindle drive fault on input 4 and the axis drive fault on input 5 s...

i've heard of a few others running enterprise, seems to work as long as the PC it is running on is not some embedded low power cpu unit.
