hello. i'm wondering how you are using the tool library... are touching off each tool every time for each new program? (a common newbie misunderstanding) or are you following the tool library method taught in the training videos? since if you follow that method..it minimizes tool touch off's..etc.. ...

Re: Warmup cycle?
that's pretty easy to write yourself:-)... bit of advice Double check that your lube pump is working properly.. check the lube pump itself and the settings in CNC11 (there are lots of options on how to configure a lube pump depending on the type you have etc.) and check each lube line outlet to make...

yep... its called Run Time Graphics. in the "Run" menu select RTG to turn it on.. now when you press cycle start you'll see the graphics while you are running a job. you can also switch back and forth from graphics to g code on the fly. be sure to have your tool diameters set properly for ...

Re: +5V supply for Servo encoders & DB-9 pin Q.
Jeff,
hello. the +5 vdc for the encoders is supplied by the Allin1DC.
connect the encoder wires to the db9 as per the install manual diagram and plug it into the Allin1DC and you are done! -Keith

Re: Quick dumb question on a linear scale.
you'll need a scale that has differential quadrature output A A- B B- Z Z -
from the all in one DC install manual page 13.
fyi.. http://www.zsinstruments.com/ makes a nice scale and they will preconfigure the cable db9 connector to match ajax/centroid.. so its plug and play.

Re: Mold Magic Version will not load on Win7
and here is the .DIG original.. i had to rename the extension from .dig to .txt as phpBB was not allowing a .dig file to be attached.
if you want to play with the DIG to CAD button in the centroid software.. just rename it 20r.DIG and copy it to the ncfiles directory

Re: Mold Magic Version will not load on Win7
20r.PNG hello. there is nothing too special about the centroid .dig file format. its just a text file.. and mostly its just a list of X,Y, Z coordinates. the centroid control software has a DIG to CAD button in Digitizing menu that you can use to convert the .dig to .txt all it does is strip out th...
