Well now, that is quite some systems test! Thought it would home it a few times and be on my way. LOL :P A few tweaks on software limits and a motor 90' turn- Passed! that that is a great feeling. My reign of terror on your BB is done I fear ;-) Time to put our first steel job in the next day or two...

Thanks for the feedback. I have solved everything. All settings and issues put into Original post. Now I need to calibrate this w/ the Mill itself somehow. as it is a Variable speed Mill, I guess I need to remove the gear/clutch or what ever it is in the head! ! Man... And I thought I was done w/ he...

Thanks!! Besides that part I also had a few issues w/ setup of limit and home settings and order. All good and I've homes along just fine. This was resolved by getting my ohm meter out and making sure that my X and Y screw terminal inputs on the AJAX board were set as listed in the Motors setup scre...

Hi everyone, The Mill is working GRRREAT! But, in MDI mode, I cannot get the oil pump to turn on. I have the 110Vac hot looping thru the noted relay spot. In a typical Mill this is set to a Zero if you only have 3 axis. This was answered via CNC zone forum

For the search feature here onsite. The fix for missing Motor F or R reverse for axis. part or right side Screen is missing:

Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Display.
Choose "Smaller (100%)"
