Just watched the centroid all in one dc video and he mentioned about the spindle load meter.
My mill uses a teco fm50 inverter and was wondering if it is possible to make it work with my allinone dc.

If it is possible any help or documentation to help me would be appreciated.

I did have the 0 to 10v hooked up and the +- on the control pendant worked the vfd control.

Hi I'm back at this and need some help with the documentation of wiring the bridgeport boss spindle speed up and down and the brake solenoid into the all in one dc board.

What I need to know the most is the output locations that these controls wire into.

When you say you want to use the Teco inverter as a phase converter, many would assume you mean to connect the 3-phase output of the inverter to the control's incoming power terminals; have it run all the time at 60Hz; and still use contactors to turn the spindle motor on and off.

Ok everything seems to be set up correctly on my boss 8 retrofit with
all in one dc and running cnc 11.

The x axis homes to its -limit switch as I set it to.
The z axis homes to its +limit switch as I set it to.

Ok so I am wiring and doing checks and I get 170 vdc out of the cap board.

The install manual states it should be max of 130 vdc is this going to be ok at 170 ?
