Re: Wiring help for Newb <Stepper Online AC servo hookup, T6 drive>
I also will be using these drives, I have bench tested them using the 24vdc but will likely use the 5v. I used the Leadshine ELP400 Diagram as it is the same drive with a different badge (https://www.centroidcnc.com/dealersupport/schematics/uploads/s15103.r1.pdf) With Regard to the Alarm function, c...

Re: T6 1000 WATT SERVO STEPPERONLINE
I do not know the answer to your question as I have only myself just purchased a set of T6 1000w Servos from Stepper Online.
But they are the same as the Leadshine EL6 (also ELP and EL7 but with less IO) Servo Drives - you may find more information on these.

Re: New Project - Old Bed Mill Centroid Refit
Hi Guys, I am making slow progress with this project. I have an Acorn, and I have a Stepperonline T6 1kw AC servo hooked up to it making it move. Wiring Diagram for Old Centroid Cabinet.
Hi Team, Would Centroid have have the wiring diagrams avaliable for the attached serial cabinet? Im not sure if this was a board built by centroid or the team that did the fit out 20 years ago. Either way, the diagrams have been misplaced, and having a set would bd helpful. Will be re fitting with a...

Re: New Project - Old Bed Mill Centroid Refit
I have finally removed the current servos to find out what they are. X and Y are both the SEM 29lb-in motors with 26/52 pulley reduction. Z Axis is a braked Baldor (see attached pic) 40lb-in with 22/44 pulley reduction. The head is counter weighted. Would i need to fit a braked ac servo replacement?...

Re: New Project - Old Bed Mill Centroid Refit
Thanks for you feedback Uwe and Muzzer. When it comes to sizing, it seems to me that stepper online ones are equivalent to the original brushed dc servos (29in-lb/3.2nm). I havent really been able to find a torque curve for the dc motors, bit they are both about 1kw @ 3000rpm? Would that be a fair c...
