Keith, I have tried this post. It does the same thing. I’ve tried PM Swiss and haven’t received a reply.

I am running a multi work offset post on a 4th axis. When posting I get a work coordinate call out (Like G57) which is on a different angle but no M10, A#, M11 afterword. So the 4th axis does not rotate to the new coordinate. This happens when there is not a tool change at the same time as the work ...

I did get the rotary table hooked up this morning. Everything seems to be good and tuned correctly.

Now can anyone tell me how I go about setting up the air brake solenoid. are there parameters or is it PLC programming?

The green and black are connected internally so i powered it up with the black wire on common and green wire disconnected. The DC1 fired up fine and went to 1 on the LED. Just wanted some input to make sure I didn't fry the DC1 right from the get go.
