Can I use a Pendant from a DCIO3 with an AllinOne
Greetings,
I've almost finished upgrading a Aciera mill from a DCIO3 to an AllinOne controller.
Can I use the wired MPG from the DCIO3 with the AllinOne system?
It is an EHDW-BA5S-IM.
If so, is there a pinout for the conversion?
Thanks

Feedrate max's at 24 IPM except when jogging <resolved>
Greetings,
I've almost finished upgrading a Aciera mill from a DCIO3 to an AllinOne controller.
All has gone very smoothly. I documented all the settings from the old controller and programmed them into the new.
Only issue is feedrate when commanded by G-code. Jogging follows my settings. But ...

Re: Screw terminals and DB25
I unchecked the custom DB25 settings switch and relaunched. All of the axis turn the green enable LED to red.
I reselected Sigma Yaskawa settings in Axis Motor Drive Configuration. Relaunched. Now all axis are working. The green enable lights stay green.
Happy to have made progress. Curious to ...

Re: Screw terminals and DB25
I wired my machine to use axis 1 and 2 with Yaskawa Sigma drive. These are working nicely. I've wired a very small steppers drive to axis 3 using the 6 (step) and 7 (direction) pins of the DB25. Custom DB25 settings is one but I didn't make any changes to it.
As soon as I command axis 3 to move ...

Screw terminals and DB25
Is it possible on an AcornCNC to output step and direction
commands using the screws terminals for axis 1 and 2 and
the DB25 terminals for axis 3 and 4?
Thanks

Re: AcornSix issues
I eliminated the possibility there is a wiring issue preventing my AcornSix board from driving XA, XB, and Y axes. I did this by replacing the AcornSix with an AcornCNC board. I plugged the H1 and H2 open collector connectors on the AcornSix directly into the H2 and H3 connectors on the AcornCNC. I ...
