Resolved.
Combination of me and bad(?) documentation.
My error: I had Enabled the Mach default loaded ModIOMPG.brn , once I unpicked it and rebooted the system no more crazy and unwanted movement.
Now I also had 0 movement once I turned the hand wheel.
The MPG #1 setting in Ajax Config was set ...

New Ajax MPG, machine axis' now oscillate back and forth
If setup in Single or Multi-Step, (as seen in the Mach virtual flyout MPG) that is when the machine oscillates back and forth, the movement changes to which ever axis the MPG is set to.
When in Multi-step the machine will run away. This is without touching the hand wheel.

Only Continuous Jog works, not able to Step or Increment
For some reason today I cannot make any incremental steps, yes, the Mach MPG is showing the Yellow button for step. (the flyout one when you hit Tab)
I had configured a few of the number keyboard buttons for movement (#4 for X++, #6 for X-- , etc)
It worked fine for a few days, now nothing, only ...

Servo tuning, can someone look at my config numbers?
Thought I had the servos tuned, but at low speeds they error out, I'm thinking my encoder input values are messed up.

Numbers I have plugged in.

Mach still "running" in E-stop, so far conversion going well
Greetings all,
I finally have all 3 axis running on my Bostomatic mill conversion, one of the unresolved issues is that in E-stop, the machine stops (e-top relay kills the Glentek drives as well as dropping 24vdc to the GPIO4D)) yet Mach appears to be running in the background. (not fully ...
