The 2nd PC is for the other currently working Acorn (it is verified to otherwise work with a control)?

10.168.41.2 is the board side (Acorn in this case). If it can't be reached you won't be able to get any further with software booting. Can you check and verify that the Acorn is powered up with a heartbeat?

All the Leadshine models that Centroid carries are the high inertia model. The medium inertia are not well suited for most CNC operations.
