Re: 411 "Full power without motion"

I checked the limit switch yesterday, over riding with the dip.
What would be the address to ship too, and approximate cost for repair?

Good evening, A customer of mine had the Micro ATX power supply on the "All in one Unit" go out, witch was giving them a fiber optics com fault. I help them install a new power supply, and the machine started up fine but has one problem with Y axis. You can jog Y negative fine, but positiv...

Re: Machine Setup Not Complete

Ok, I did the test and all axis failed due to: home position close to encoder index.
So I guess if tomorrow night I move the home/Limit switches I will be ok.

Re: X,Y,Z IDELING TOO HIGH

Used Auto tune, and now only Z will idel too high.
Also when I start the machine, I dont see any way to home the machine. Is this because I am in demo mode or am I missing something?

**RESOLVED** Bridgeport Spindle

I have a Bridgeport that I am retrofiting, Im told we should be able to controll the RPM and Breaking system.

The machine has one sensor for High/Low gear position.
One sensor for RPM's .
It has 3 valves that control the RPM's & Breaking.

Is there any information on how to wire this?

Re: Low Encoder Output

The encoder are ERO 120 250 IdNr. 220 155 16
System ID is XBJDDIIJHEC (0603110344)

I changed A+ with B+ and A- with B- and now they count correct.
