Following step need to be done before out17 and out18 to become high

1) Connect Encoder to Mpu11
2) connect Drive fault in17 and inp18 (for testing normally we make it high but on running Driveok signal will connect on inp17)
3) you need to set the right plc program for it which plc prgram ...

Gsk driver do not accept analouge input it works only in position mode.

Can you please tell me your Kp Ki values.....I assume that you run the indrament Drives in velocity mode

Ajax do not work with EMC2 as most EMC software run through STG Card

Right now CNC10 or CNC11 do not support 5-axis RTCP

If you are a Mpu11 user then Dual spindle speed and on/off is possible.Ajax has a ADD4AD4D Expansion Board that can handle additional 5 analog i/o .But you need a custom PLC Program from Ajax

In CNC10 can handle only on/off control not speed But need a cutom plc program for it

Encoder input frequency (per channel)* Max 6000 khz i.e 6Mhz according to the Mpu11 manual
.As long as your max rate is under this frequency then no problem .

As you mention

1turn = 10000 encoder counts
7.5 turns =75000 counts
75000 encoder counts = 1inch
now on 250IPM your ...

first of all cnc10 do not support mpu11 .You need to install cnc11 under windows7 or in linux but centoid stop updated after v3.03 in linux so you have only windows option now.
Mpu11 plc is totaly different from cnc10. Old plc do not work in cnc11. Which drive u use with mpu11? Dc3iob ?
