Just to add to this - from what I'm seeing so far - it appears the axis of interest must come to a complete stop before the FastSlow Mode physically changes - thus even trying to programmatically stop the jog - switch the fast/slow mode - then restart the jog within a pass or two is NOT sufficient ...

Hi guys,
I've been working with Support to get my Jogsticks working nicely on my Bridgeport S2I2 - but would like to take it a step further. I engage a Jogstick - it runs in slow feed mode ok, but then I want to push the little rapid button in the middle of the Jogstick and have it go into rapid ...

Oh Man! - the whole summer of Saturdays - and it's not over, it turns out my Spindle bearings were loose - with about .020 of vertical play - so now it's torn apart and discovered someone before me put cheapo bearings in it.

I'm also tweaking the PLC to accommodate the Joysticks - Mario in Support ...

Ok, I do know the section of code, but also do use some one of the aux keys - since it's considered normal I'm good with it.

Hey folks,
I notice when I push any of the AUX buttons on the Jog panel the CNC11 screen flickers momentarily. It doesn't happen with any of the other buttons. Is this an issue? Should I be worried? Seems to mostly happen when I have the IO Diagnostics screen open

Console Mounted!! Side View Back View Running!! I'm a happy camper at this point

Here's the latest schematic for anyone who's interested. This is a work in progress, but nearing the end of any revisions.

Now onto the Console - this I simply designed up in Solidworks - and started fabricating. Don't look at it too closely as all I had was a jig saw, welding grinder, and square to build it up.
