No. There is no power provided to the DC side of the SSR

Gary, where would that power come from? What comes from the expansion board?

if single phase ac router motor, then the schematic would look like what you see on page 20 of the ether1616 manual.

just swap out the contactor for the solid state relay

Thank you. Indicating I did NOT have a custom PLC allowed me to capture those screens.

The old PC is the one with a 1517 rating. The new pc is running Windows 11, and is up to date. see below:
