Having trouble programming a repeat depth when doing an arc using tool offset. If I program tool center there is no trouble.
Can someone show me how to enter the events properly?

Software Locking Up
For a month or so I've been having trouble editing a new ICN program and the system locks up with a error 25. Not sure if this is related to the software locking up but I discovered that the CPU heat sink was loose and the tab on the heat sinks mount was broken, so I cleaned the cpu and replaced the...

Re: cnc mill broaching
I would mill it also unless you have one of those vertical shaping heads for your Bridgeport. Perhaps make a key that has one round side to match the radii of the end mil and the other square. Why does the key have to be partially though the bore? You didn't mention if it was a blind hole. Another m...

I was talking to a couple of the Centroid reps last weekend at the Cabin Fever Expo in Lebanon Pennsylvania to see if they could help me. Very nice guys by the way. Allen Bradley 22B...

Re: Wired MPG PLC Parameters
Try turning the wheel no more than three clicks per second (so it takes over 25 seconds to make a full revolution). Does the axis then go 0.0100" in the x1 increment, and 0.1000" in the x10 increment? When the wheel is turning "continuously" (and I think the threshold was 3 clic...

Re: Wired MPG PLC Parameters
Thanks guys! Marty, A report was not necessary. BTW I've watched several of your youtube videos and you have helped me understand these controls better. The first question asked should have been "Is it plugged in?" First thing this morning we opened the CPU back cover and Duh the plu...

Re: Wired MPG PLC Parameters
No, You misunderstood my question Keith but thank you for the response. From what I read in the manual; Parameter 19,40,41,45,46,47 ,128, 129 need to be addressed. Like I said earlier, I am new to this and only have minimal experience on these :? . What I have is the older DC310 CNC11 linux type of ...

Wired MPG PLC Parameters
I added a new MPG to my CNC11 system Can't figure out what to set the plc parameters to.
I'm sure this is an easy fix but I am new to these controls.
