I'd be happy to share the macro when I'm done with it. Right now it's a bit of a mess. I need to clean it up, fix the comments, etc. Once I do I'm happy to post it.

@Tory if you're using a router and doing 2.5D stuff you could use something like this:

It's about as automatic as you can get, but you can also go in and fool with the settings if you want.
