When you use the F8/Graph key in CNC12 to preview the program before you try running it, you can look at the scales/rulers on the Graph screen to see where the toolpath cuts, relative to the WCS X0 Y0 Z0.
BTW, the PLC has nothing whatsoever to do with WCS locations or G code interpretation.

Well it couldn't be that easy right...when I set wcs and hit cycle/ start the tool is not where it should be. I have set up parts when it was cnc11 and did not have this issue

Assuming that your 6/6/25 v5.26 report is still current, your M3 and M4 (and M7 and M8) macro files have been corrupted.
All the characters in those macro files have been replaced with zero (NUL) bytes.

Looking in the report one can find the mpu.plc file.
This indicates which PLC file has been compiled and is being used.
In this case they have a custom PLC for a spindle lock and some kind of spindle door.

Do any commands work? or is the window not responsive. X0 shouldould send you to X0 but pick a number close to what is on the DRO. If it goes too fast Use G01 F10 X0

OOPS I see you have a physical control panel. Can you turn off the auto spindle and run it manually by pushing the green button?
