I'm working on upgrading the controls on a CNC tenoner.
I'm using the Hickory controller with the Leadshine EL7 motors and drivers.
I attached a current report from CNC12 and some "before" pictures.

OK, the 949 error went away. Now I'm having a different issue. I attached a screenshot of the window after startup. The Y axis torque feedback is all red, and if you try to jog the Y axis in either direction it gives a Y axis position error. It is as though the motor is stuck, however, I can run the ...

I got the machine mostly ready to go. However, I'm running into some software issues.
I had connected the drives in the order Z, Y, X, but then it was showing the torque feedback for the Z and X motors switched. So I had the customer reverse the connections so that it is now in the order X, Y, Z ...
