Looks like lost steps.

Maybe started in your Z axis there, then causing X or Y to lose steps when it dragged across the workpiece due to the lost steps in Z?

Are you plunging too fast with Z?

All speculation without more info.

Do you have your travel limits set?

I believe I will do something similar.

I have strain relief in place, but those high voltage wires are a little more exposed than I’d like.

I’ve mounted my vfd outside my control box as well.

That little enclosure you’ve got there under your vfd. What is that?

Recently upgraded to a sweet spindle from Gary Campbell.

No longer need.

I have spare brushes, some collets and two mounting brackets as well as my old PC 7518 too.

I've got a new spindle mounted up and running.

This is new for me as I've spent the last 20 years using a Porter Cable 3-1/4 hp as my spindle.

Going through the centroid warm up the first thing it prompts is to remove the tool. My setup is not ATC by the way.

Is this prompt more for the ATC users ...

Sorry, I was reading something else and got crossed up.

StatusWindow and MessageWindow seem to be what I'm looking for.

Is the SystemStatus control still being developed for release? Something I’m interested in exploring goes on in there, or I may be able to use the SystemState control.
