CNCSW
Thanks very much.
As you suggested, it was the Control Configuration Screen setting. I knew I had seen it somewhere, just couldn't recall where.
Best Regards
Paul

Home to switches
Hi
I have a Lathe retrofit. Allin1dc with CNC11. When it is started, the controller wants to home to marks. I want it to home to + Limits
I have checked the cnct.hom file, all looks well with M92 and M26 for both X and Z axis.
There is a parameter to suppress homing on startup, that is set to ...

Dual MPG / hand wheels on retrofit lathe
Hi
Happy new year everybody :D
I am considering replacing the Anilam 4200T control on my current lathe. I have already done this for a knee mill so have a pretty good idea of what needs doing.
The one thing, I can't see in the instructions or documentation is how to configure the currently ...

Re: DC1 homing for 4th axis
Hi
Nearly there.
But....
I now have the 4th axis moving as it should but whilst all the other axes home with M92 and move off the stop, the 4th axis / DC1 hits the homing switch and stops, it won't then move back off the limit.
I've tried over riding with the dip switch but then it just doesn't ...

Re: DC1 homing for 4th axis
Duuh !!!!
Woke up this morning and at least I can now read the connection diagram and will try the DC3IO connection clearly labelled Rotary Home input (30) and Rotary Clamp ack input (31).
Also the DC3IO connections for Rotary Clamp NO , Common and NC.

DC1 homing for 4th axis
Hi
I am trying to sort out the 4th axis on my machine.
Using a DC1 in conjunction with an MPU11/dc3iob configuration.
The motor and encoder on the axis spin fine, I have connected the "zero setting switch" on the 4th axis back to the com and Lim1 connections on the DC1.
The DC1 Manual states ...

X Axis fault
Hi
Using Mach3 and DC310B & All In One.
I was in the middle of running a job today, just at one of the moves, the X axis made an uncommanded move to the left and now will not travel to the right.
The machine jogs both ways in y and z but only one way in X eg: command a move to the left and it ...
