jerky motion when starting

Hey i am having a problem with my retrofit when i home my machine it giving a jerky motion on the X axies very rapid movment in both directions i have to power off the machine . i attach the report please see how i can get some help

Hey i am doing a system test on my mill and not passing the encoder index pulse too close to home i am using estun motor how can i change the position

Beauty is, you don't have to know the ballscrew pitch and pulley reduction IF you set the Encoder counts correctly first and then follow the coarse and fine DRO adjustments. You can calculate that. Hey guys i found the problem its just to change the motor rev/inch in the software from 5.000 to 2.500
