I have made the communication problem much better with the new shorter cat 8 cable but occasionally still see an error in the report.
I have moved on to other issues for now hoping others may have some idea of what to try next.
I am using the Shuttlexpress to control close in movements for now ...

I was very careful to unsure it was a shielded cat8 cable.

what is the name of the log file to check to see if I am still have a communication problem
I purchased a cat8 5 ft gold plated cable
The cable that came with acorn was really long and I had it coiled up on the side of the machine.
I'd like to check the log to see if this helped

I am now testing against a mag base instead of a part in the chuck to make sure I have a fool proof method and not going to crash the tools into the chuck.
It takes a long time to re calibrate 8 tool offsets and heights in the turret after a crash.

When I have time I'm going to rename the cnct directory to save my setting that work perfect now, do a v4.64 install with no extras except the motor settings using the wizard and see if the issue is still there. If it is I'll try a different PC.

All I had to do was edit the turret index button in V2.0 and everything works.
updating windows 10, going to v4.64, uninstalling tablet driver in windows, changing the mouse and the mouse settings, uninstalling Shuttlexpress and touchscreen have not corrected this issue.
