Yes i am running Mach3 Ajax plugin on win 7 64 bit and its working fine .

i am in hair pulling sitution. When i Click on E-Stop even without any command the motor will start running for until an error will appear x-axis Position Error.
When i move motor by hand it count minus in CW direction and plus in CCW direction. and when the motor automaticaly move it alos move in ...

Thanks for reply. i mange to Drive the servo(LSP and LSN are not connected to SG ,they act as limit switchs for amp) but now another error raise Axis Position Error.i check the whole encoder Wiring and its perfect.
is it possible this error raise because of Parameter? because i use the default ...

Can any one help me with wiring details? Encoders are working ,When move with hand DRO updated. but when i try to jog the error raise "full power with out motion" i think am doing some thing wrong with servo to GPIO4D connections. or servo.

No reply as expected. but i think i found it when i read M92.m1s. i have old ver of PDF MACH3_GPIO4D.PDF which shows E-STOP input Connection on #8 input pin in text (top left) and schematic. but i install new Ajaxplugin 1.12. now i download the new Schematic ALL CD and found the Top Left Text ...

i have MR-H200A Mitsubishi Controller connected to GPIO4D,i connect encoder (only x axis for checking) and can get DRO update on the screen. then i try to connect the Servo pins as described but keep getting EStop on mach3.(Servo Drive do not show any alarm)
