Re: Anilam Crusader series M converting to Allin1DC
In one of centroids videos he mentioned that you could adjust what value each of these job buttons made. This one seems to be making about .00025 on the x1, about .001on x2 and .010 on x100. Id like it to be .001 on x1, .010 on x2 and .100 on x3.

Re: Anilam Crusader series M converting to Allin1DC
I don't recommend having unfiltered fans blowing across the ALLIN1DC even if the cabinet air intake itself is properly filtered. I've seen enough drives damaged by conductive dust blown into them to recommend against that.

Here's what we're looking like in the cabinet just about done with exception of putting the covers on The Wire chases. I left these two 110 volt fans in the bottom from the old setup. Think it's worth wiring them in to blow across the all-in-one? I don't ...

Re: Anilam Crusader series M converting to Allin1DC
That is correct. If INP10 is open (red), that indicates a spindle motor overload or fault.
Since you have a reversing starter set, and the normally-closed auxiliary contact on the overload relay (terminals 95 and 96) should already be in use as part of the coil circuit (typically in series with ...

Re: Anilam Crusader series M converting to Allin1DC
That sounds like a polarity mismatch between motor power and encoder feedback.
Try reversing the plus and minus power leads going to the motor.
Yep you nailed that one too.

Re: Anilam Crusader series M converting to Allin1DC
I'm Guessing it has to do with the PID settings, I tried running the auto tune but it has the same result, throws an axis position code as soon as it starts.
What would be some good starting numbers?
If i go to the PID config screen and move a servo (X in this case) this is what the graph looks ...
