Ohmic offset distance was set to .120. Correct to 0 and all is good

It is raising the torch exactly .120 in excess.


Using the torch touch off function. The torch lowers, touches off and raises to safe height of 1”. It actually raises to 1.120”. Tried recalibrating z axis, no change. Any help appreciated

Agreed!! I have two other name brand plasma tables and a name brand router.

Router is running wincnc. no complaints.

Shopsabre fell way short w/ their hardware/software controls for plasma!

Got it. Had the step/dir output to Db25. Changed it with wizard.

Machine is running. Waiting on a few terminal plugs for Tx board to test plasma.
