Looks like you didn't use the db25 port and 5v. Good luck with that, but lots of people have tried, failed, and then followed the db25 suggestion.


My mill is running perfectly with CL57T V4 24V on the Headers, but CL86T V3 is better on 5V DB 25.

Your "very very tiny wires" only need to be 22awg anyway which I use with small ferrules to facilitate easy connection. Best to use with suitable multi core screened / shielded cable.
