Okay, I'm about to cut the Titan 1M model (in delryn). I'm using Fusion360, Swissi Post Processor, Centroid CNC 12.
Here is my question: I have to perform manual tool changes. Will the "system" recognize this or do I have to modify code some how?

I just noticed your reply, thanks. I'm at the very beginning basics of trying to probe. It will be for small surfaces to start...like 1" wide x 4" long with a radius of about 4". Your comment makes total sense...cannot probe a .08 slot with a .09 probe. I get it. I don't even know whe...

It looks like to me some calipers and radius gages would get that into CAD much faster. I'm sure you're right bit thats not the point. This is a $700 tool and it has many more jobs to do and I need to learn how to use it to its fullest. Also, I'm getting jobs in where I'll be machining some SKS 7.6...

sounds like you just need to locate these features relative to another point on the object. then you will know where to place the geometry in the cad model. this is pretty easy.

Where to start?

Won't the probe scan/digitize the object so I can converti it into a model and THEN modify/customize the new model?
