If I'm using Fusion for a Tool Library AND to process the G-code should the tool library in Centroid be populated? Wouldn't this create a conflict? If your mill is good, no problem to digitize with less than 0.01mm deviation with the KP3 probe. The smallest tip I use is 1mm diameter. Rhino to convert point clouds to STEP. I got it figured out. For whatever the reason the processor produced a corrupt file. I ran it again and it works.

If you are already doing manual tool changes, post each tool path as a separate file. Then, just do the tool change before running the file. I actually found a way to get this added to the program. How do I know if the Post Processor is putting out good code? I'm using this Swissi and cannot cut a chip. I shared the code with Fusion/Centroid guys in another group and they are saying the code is junk. Is there another option to see what works with my machine? I'm at a loss here.
