Also I have a rotary axis on the machine. the 02 motors on the x axis are connected together to a single terminal on the acorn board (hardware paired)

I have a gantry router with 02 clearpath motors on the x axis. for the clearpath homing setup I followed the instruction on TB319 documentation

Clearpath motors can be configured to home each time they are enabled or only one time per power on. If the second option is selected and all motors are powered on at the same time, you could sequence the enabling so that the Z drive was enabled first to move the cutter up and away from the table ...
