Re: Issues after windows update
It's on feed hold so I could capture the screen shot. The display looks that way from cycle start until the program is finished.

After a windows update last week I now get a black box on the screen when I start to run a program. Has anyone else seen this?

Re: Machine movement calibration
For a commanded move of 2" inches but actual travel of 1.997" with motor revs/inch currently set to 9.9991 try setting Motor revs/inch to 10.01412118 Save and then re-home before retesting This assumes your actual measurement is correct and you have indeed excluded backlash by pre-travell...

Machine movement calibration
Trying to get the machine movement calibrated and am struggling to understand what setting to adjust. Attached a picture showing how I am measuring movement in the X. When I jog the machine 2" in the + the DRO indicates 2" but the table only moves 1.997". When doing this I made sure t...

Re: Allin1DC upgrade on Atrump mill- wiring and identifying 10537 DC servo motor transformer
Continuing the wiring questions I'm trying to map the wiring for the spindle on my old control to the new wiring. Such as the VFD fault reset on connector h9 pins one and two but the remainder have me somewhat confused because the nomenclature is not identical. I've attached images of the old schema...

Manual corrections for Allin1DC DIY Guide
It is a minor thing but on the current rev of the Allin1DC DIY guide (link below) there an error on page 41. I references Appendix D for setting current limits for the servo motors but it should reference Appendix C which starts on Page 78. http://www.centroidcnc.com/downloads/centroid_allin1dc_inst...

Re: Identifying 10537 DC servo motor power supply transformer
Thank you for the reply. One more question on the power wiring. On the CAPBRDLOW the DC out + shows 605BLU going to CNT1/L4 +VM. Am I to interpret this as it should go to CNT1/L4 and to +VM or just to CNT1/L4?. Ibrliebe looking at the rest of the schematic it should just go to CNT1/L4 but want to ma...

Allin1DC upgrade on Atrump mill- wiring and identifying 10537 DC servo motor transformer
20240104_114345.jpg I purchased an Allin1DC along with a 10537 DC servo motor power supply . I want to confirm that the transformer is correct so that I can cross reference it to the appropriate wiring schematic. There are no part numbers on the transformer anywhere. I have attached a picture to th...
