Re: New Build - Starting from scratch with a Weiss VM25L (G0704)
post the offending g code program
prove to yourself you have travel limits and WCS set where you want it by using MDI mode to eliminate g code issue produced by a cad/cam system
G1X0Y0 F20
G1X200F2 (should produce trave limit error message
G1X whatever amount you want that is the distance from ...

@cnckeith
I am hoping you can offer some wisdom on this issue. I have 18" of X travel. I placed a 10.3" part in the center and it will not allow me to set WCS for X on either the left or right side or probe as web I get travel limit warnings. To over come it I change the WCS in fusion to use the ...

Re: WMPG-6 parts available?
i've replaced them before, it requires taking almost the entire mpg apart. if you are detail oriented you can do it.
I just ordered another batch of overlays so it will be a while until we have them in stock.
I can swing this for sure. I would really appreciate putting me in the list to ...

WMPG-6 parts available? <Button overlays, Yes>
My Green go button is falling off. Is the TPU or whatever the material is available to purchase? I am sorry if this is the wrong place to ask.

Re: Fusion 360 Mill Post Processor for CNC12 with additional Features (New Community Version 1.0)
Forgive me for the dumb question. I setup WCS 2 and 3 and locked them to two jigs I have. In Fusion I told it to send to 2 and 3 using and forgot to test and it crashed using WCS1. I did learn if I manually assign WSC 2 for the 2nd op and WCS 3 for the last it works.

Re: Please give me a Sanity check on wiring Servos
That looks about right to me. Not sure if I found the correct manual for this drive but comparing to SGDV manual, they don't show open collector usage. However, if they kept the 150 ohm resistor and the internal design the same then it will probably work as you have drawn it.
Thank you very ...

Please give me a Sanity check on wiring Servos
I am upgrading my open loop stepper motors to Servos this holiday while I have off time. I have all the hardware now just need to wire it up and build the couplings. I already made adapters.
I found the Sigma 5 wiring diagram that was closest to what I have which is a Servopack SG-AS30BF and the ...

Re: Tool Offset Library Question
Thank y'all very much. I do have the diameters in but have an ER32 I use for multiple purposes and change them and wanted to be sure in case I forgot.

Re: Tool Offset Library Question
The radius entered only influences the program with radius compensation
So does this mean leaving fusion in the default of computer then no compensation is done so that field does not matter at all in CNC 12?
I really appreciate it!

Tool Offset Library Question
I have been using CNC12 for a long time now and am upgrading to 5.20 and just realized I am clueless on a parameter in the Tool Offset Library.
For the last row for diameter I have always inputted the actual size of the tool so if using a 1/2 end mill then .500. On my drill I leave it blank (0.0000 ...
