I hate to say it but I did do a factory reset and reset the parameters and auto tuned. Maybe its the spindle. Although, it runs fine on the pot.

I’m having trouble getting my CNC Depot S30 spindle to respond to speed control from CNC12. Just a quick follow up. I took cnckieth’s advice and got the TT-1. I can say without a doubt that VERY small end mills can be set with the TT-1. I repeatedly set the length of a 0.010 endmill without breaking it! Interestingly, according to the manual the trigger pressure of the TT-4 is 25 oz nomina...

Can I use the Centroid TT-4 to touch off a 0.023" endmill without breaking it or must I do it manually?
