attached is a current report any ideas would be helpful after trying different things i noticed when we disable thc machine will move again and operate normally yet no thc enable thc and 9105 encoder error prevents everything from moving

we have cut several parts this morning with ease we are getting a 9105 encoder error both tx and rx boards are getting power fiberoptic cable appeares to be fine any ideas?

We found the problem. in our old system there were cut rules in sheetcam that applied into the centroid post processor. we removed them and now it sees it as a single pierce.

we are trying to cut a 3x6 square plate. machine is cutting each line as a separate entity instead of a continuous cut any help would be appreciated

we are using automation Technlogies drives and motors
kl8082h on x and y axis
kl5080d4 on z axis

motor kl34-8n-1000 on x and y

motor kl23-31n-1000 on z axis

why does my y axis travel to 10 inches and be correct yet at 80 inches it is short 22 inches? any help would be appreciated thanks

I am new to the acorn systems, just purchased the kit along with new closed loop motors. we also have another small problem.
When we put the Torch float switch on the input 2, it does not change the gray color to red or green and won't allow us to specify the status of switch
and locks up all axis ...

When i type in the " Alt i " to open diagnostics, nothing happens. Can't get the PLC diagnostics to open.
