Thanks, that's exactly what I mean. In an emergency I will switch to the old-fashioned resolution so that cnc12 is displayed in full screen.

Theory and practice are two different things. I work with reference tool. I can check my measured length of the tool. This also gives me the opportunity to measure my tools using a tool presetter. The laser is permanently installed on the table. A reference is needed because I don't want a fictitious measurement value, but rather a verifiable one. I have programmed aux1 in the plc, when pressing aux1 the LED changes state but the output is not activated. I can switch the output with m10 via mdi. I also swapped the worklight with the clamp as a test, and the output for the worklight was then activated with aux1.

That's why I also have a wired handwheel. Wireless handwheel is not safety compliant. I could still imagine it with a Linux system, but definitely not with Windows 10/11!
