If you don't want cutter comp, than deselect it in intercon instead of setting nose radius to 0...

cutter comp works great on the machine i just cant get it to work right on the offline intercon

sounds like the offline tool library is not right ...

Yes i copied all of the parameters and intercon settings over as far as i am aware

I recently picked up the offline intercon programming tool and key fob. The issues I have run into is the toolpath in the graphing screen. If transfered to the lathe it works fine and graphs fine but on the offline graphing the toolpath makes some unnecessary cuts. I was hoping someone could point ...
