sounds like the driver is faulting out and releasing power, check for binding/load on motor when holding position and or force that would cause it to be pushed off the commanded hold position. does the drive have a LED that indicates a fault? When running a program the X display of distance to go is showing zero.

On the offset page the ATC button has dissapeared from the screen menu.
It was useful having the ATC button on the tool offset page now i have to exit and go to the MDI screen to change tools on the lathe turret.
