When you notice that the PLC diagnostic screen skips these counts, does the carousel rotate to the wrong bin? Or does it arrive at the requested position every time? You can also use the PLC detective program, using the watch tab to observe "CurrentCarouselPosition_W" value (which is W54)....

As long as your homing file homes towards X+ and not X- (m92 not m91), sure. Allin1DC soft limits can be set up in the Jog page of the machine configuration menu (Setup>Config>Mach>Jog).

You are correct, this is an error. It should read Parameter 302 = 3.

What is the number listed next to "Job in Progress" in the top right? That may be what you're looking for in terms of time spent doing jobs.

I don't believe the 14625 is expressed as a time, rather simply the number of times the "302 Moving..." message occurred. If you noted this number before a job, then ran a program that just moved the axes back and forth for 10 minutes, checking this number afterwards would show it being on...

Looks like FSV and COM are your 0-10VDC and 1-10VDC COM respectively. RUN is your spin forward, PSI1 is spin reverse by default. Is there anything else on the VFD you plan to control? Are you following any specific Acorn schematic?
