Here is a picture of the cabinet.
Do I need to order The board and return the old for a refund as the warranty terms suggest?

I am using the powermax 125a.
The acorn is about a month old.
I checked the input the polarity is correct. (We have been using it for a month and haven't changed anything.)
Bench test says 0 volts were read press cycle stop.

I also noticed the green light on the board is very faint compared to the rx board. The voltage into the TX is reading 24.1v.

I have ran the calibration job.

I turned plot on and ran a calibration file.

What files do you want out of the report? The file is to big to post here.

Im looking for some guidance on what I could be doing wrong. I can not get the THC to make the Z-axis move. I have the THC on in the menu and in the profile. It reads voltage but the z-axis stays at the cut height. Any ideas on the direction I should be looking? I'm trying to cut 10g that's not flat ...
