Do I need to order The board and return the old for a refund as the warranty terms suggest?

I also noticed the green light on the board is very faint compared to the rx board. The voltage into the TX is reading 24.1v.

Today we were cutting .375 plate and stopped for lunch. When we came back and tried to resume the torch would fire but not move. Troubleshooting I noticed that it stopped reading tip voltage. So far I have checked that the Power unit is sending voltage to the THC TX board 4.56 volts is what I measur...

I have ran the calibration job.

I turned plot on and ran a calibration file.

What files do you want out of the report? The file is to big to post here.

Im looking for some guidance on what I could be doing wrong. I can not get the THC to make the Z-axis move. I have the THC on in the menu and in the profile. It reads voltage but the z-axis stays at the cut height. Any ideas on the direction I should be looking? I'm trying to cut 10g that's not flat...
