hi, any idea? as i saw in the cnc file, the radius is discribed by a G2 Code, so G-Code Smoothing would not help, right ? but i dont think, it is a mechanical issue, because i can turn big chamfers with a perfect surface. only in a radius i have unclean surfaces with steps. i would like to turn wedd...

Hi Uwe, thanks for the hint. Right now i am testen Parameters for All Materials and i found out, that with f0,3 i can Break the Chips also in titanium.
