Thank you! That did the trick. This setup will only be used for some plastic work that I am planning so I put a valve in the line and I can just shut of the air when I don't need it.

I had the exact same problem and it was cured by buying a piece of good quality shielded coax rather than the Radio Shack stuff I was using.

Then let me rephrase the question. How can I control more than one relay with one command? If I can do this I will parallel the spindle control with the air blower control and all of the existing tool paths that I have will work without modification.
