Thanks guys, yes i will do a drive album... the machine is running fine now with the grbl but no thc. So i bought the centroid to retrofit it out. I dont like to pull apart a running machine but no thc makes it a bitch. Had enough levelling etc, lol.... cheers for info

Hi all, ive noticed the plasma cnc guys run the clearpath servos which i like the sound of, however im in Australia and anything usa related ends up more than double in price when it gets here.... so do you think these are comparable in performance etc cheers for any feedback

So i get it.... you have to set the torque "cutout" threshold of when the servo hits and then keeps driving till it hits that threshold, obviously happens in only a split second, but i get it. Why do you recomended going the homing switches route? Are they hard to adjust? Cheers

Will i need to do this ? Something about the sof...

cheers, Yes sounds like a good idea, I make all my own audio guitar/pedal/amp leads so I might just do that also. shielded is the way to go.

music to my ears mate thankyou.... i intend to buy the SDSK clear path servos , they seem to be the ones for plasma and the cheapest as i have freight, dollar conversion and then customs taxes to pay, i will contact the and see if get leads and power supply too...cheers again shawn
